Collaborative Divorce and Family Law

Libby A. McNary currently focuses her practice on marital and family law cases.

An Indiana native, Ms. McNary began her legal education at DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, Illinois.  While a student at DePaul, Ms. McNary received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Legal Writing I and Contracts I, which is awarded to the top one or two students in each class.  In addition, she ranked in the top 35% of her class during her first year at DePaul.

Ms. McNary finished her law school education at Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis, where she worked as a Law Clerk in the Office of the Indiana Attorney General.  Shortly after graduation, Ms. McNary moved to Florida to be closer to her family, who had relocated to Florida while she was in law school.

Ms. McNary has been practicing in Florida since 2010.  Prior to beginning her own practice in 2012, she was with the Bradenton firm of Harrison & Kirkland.
